Having experience in International Law, Immigration Law and Commercial Law, we have teamed up with members of International Bar (our colleagues) from around the world to solves the problems of business community by acting as their personal representative to finalizing their business deals and giving them ease to concentrate more on their businesses rather than their matters abroad.
We act for ethnic community by providing them services permitted within four corners of law. The clients from around the world give us assignment with appropriate powers through legalized power of attorney. We asses each and every assignment making sure that the assignment is perfectly legal. We do engage local colleague to fulfil the assignment if necessary.
In Lithuania we deal on behalf of our clients depending on their legalized powers of attorney, matters concerning with various government departments, agencies, businesses and universities, specially like MoFA, Migration Department, Sodra, VMI, Municipal Offices, Various embassies of the Republic of Lithuania, Company Registration Office, Banks, Notary Public Offices, Customs and VAT authorities.
