If you intend to migrate to the Republic of Lithuania then you can instruct us. We can incorporate or purchase a UAB (Limited Company) for you to operate. We can prepare all necessary documentation for you to apply for Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) to live and work in the Republic of Lithuania on the basis that

A. You have registered a UAB in the republic of Lithuania

B. You would like to migrate to the Republic of Lithuania to live and start business activity lawfully.

Once the documents are ready then you can apply for Temporary Residence Permit to the embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in your home country. If there is no embassy in your country for Republic of Lithuania then you can instruct us and we can on your behalf submit your TRP file to the embassy of the Republic of Lithuania.

Once your TRP application is accepted, you have a right to live and start business or services activity in the Republic of Lithuania.

If you already have a Schengen Visa in any capacity i.e. visit, business, family or transit, and you would like to settle as a business man or student in the Republic of Lithuania then you can consult us and we can guide you through the process to become resident of the Republic of Lithuania legally.

After you are in the Republic of Lithuania, we can assist you with your accounting and business management needs i.e. we can submit your monthly return to Sodra and VMI, we can deal with your matters with company registration authority, we can deal with your matters with almost any government agency as long as we are legally powered by you to do so.

We can even provide you with a virtual office facility whereas we can act as your manager and secretary and accept all your calls and letters etc. leaving you free to concentrate on your business. We will endeavour to pass on all the messages to you within reasonable time.

For students we provide services to double legalized their academic documents, we can assist with their education evaluation in the Republic of Lithuania. We can assist with finding a right College or University and if their student visa is refused illegally then we can assist them to file an appeal to the appropriate court providing student instruct us within limitation prescribed by law of the Republic of Lithuania.
